Location: Lancaster, California
Sell new and used agriculture and turf equipment. Build longstanding customer relationships.
Represent the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area
Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of equipment
Maintain all customer information in assigned territory
Follow a defined sales process
Conduct field demonstrations for customers
Attend applicable sales training, events, and seminars
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
High School Diploma, College degree preferred
Requires critical thinking and independent decision making
Equipment knowledge a plus, but not required
Past selling history a plus, but not required
Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple areas of responsibility
Excellent communication abilities; works well in a team environment
Competency in Microsoft programs
Clean DMV record
Outgoing + Friendly personality
Available to work flexible hours
