Position Specifics:

Department:  Sales

Reports to:    Sales Manager

Supervises:   None

Location:   Lancaster, California


Sell new and used agriculture and turf equipment. Build longstanding customer relationships.


  • Represent the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area 

  • Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of equipment

  • Maintain all customer information in assigned territory

  • Follow a defined sales process

  • Conduct field demonstrations for customers

  • Attend applicable sales training, events, and seminars

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma, College degree preferred

  • Requires critical thinking and independent decision making

  • Equipment knowledge a plus, but not required

  • Past selling history a plus, but not required

  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple areas of responsibility

  • Excellent communication abilities; works well in a team environment

  • Competency in Microsoft programs

  • Clean DMV record

  • Outgoing + Friendly personality 

  • Available to work flexible hours
