This position is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, while selling our tiered portfolio of parts to customers and successfully completing other responsibilities described below
Responsibilities
- Provides an excellent customer experience to external and internal customers
- Responsible for inventory integrity by following inventory protocols, assisting in physical parts counts, and checking in freight when needed
- Assists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays
- Educates and engages customers through product demonstrations and promotions
- Effective use of computer applications and business system
- Communicates, enforces, and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer experience
- Routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Assists in keeping the Parts Department clean and orderly; performs housekeeping tasks as needed
- Participates in all job-related training and development
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge
- 2+ years of Parts sales experience or equivalent sales or service experience
- Experience in delivering an excellent customer experience
- Demonstrated a basic understanding of the selling processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence
- Ag knowledge is a plus.
- Experience using standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet applications
- Experience working both independently and in a team setting
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates preferred.
